About Me
Amanda Richardson, DNP, PMHNP-BC
I got my BSN in picturesque Winona MN in 2007 and spent the next 15 years as an RN working in the ICU, interventional radiology, cardiovascular diagnostic services, inpatient mental health treatment, and overseeing group homes for adults with physical disabilities and developmental disorders. In 2024 I completed my Doctorate of Nursing Practice at Regis College
and started practice specializing in ADHD, Autism, and mood disorders in children and adults.
I run a parent support group for parents of neurodivergent children. I'm passionate about building a culture of support and understanding while navigating the challenges and joys of parenting these incredible kids. As the parent of two neurodivergent children, I understand how important community and mutual support is.
In my free time I enjoy various fiber arts, board games, tabletop roleplaying games, and relaxing with my family.
